Benn has been employed by Transport for the South East (TfSE) for the last five years, most recently leading on the TfSE’s electric vehicle charging infrastructure workstream. This work has included the task of developing a regional electric vehicle charging infrastructure strategy and action plan for the south east, plus the development of forecasts for measuring the demand from fleet vehicles on a public charging network across the region.
