Rees Bramwell is responsible for sustainability across the healthcare, defence and government sectors for the catering and facilities management company Compass Group UK&I. Specifically, leading the operational strategy towards their ambitious climate net zero commitment, including the approach to biodiversity, deforestation, waste, packaging and resource efficiency.  Additionally, Bramwell’s background as a nutritionist drives his passion for healthy and sustainable food systems and value chain collaboration more broadly. From farm or factory to end-of-use, delivering tangible solutions that engage stakeholders, alongside a data-driven approach is the key to a sustainable transition across Compass’ four strategic pillars; supply chain, operations, ingredients and culture.
