Toby Martin Hughes is a product director at Reckitt, responsible for the company’s technology product strategy to support its sustainability ambitions. He and his team have been focusing on building an ecosystem to support ESG reporting, sustainable manufacturing and product environmental footprint performance, while using technology to define the future of sustainable design. He started his career in product development by designing smart wearable cameras and construction kits that taught children coding.
